FAIR TO THE ROOM AND THE COUCH
Server stamped, corrected per device
Every phone measures its own latency against the server and corrects for it. On cell data in an airport you get your full ninety seconds, same as the person sitting next to the board.
Live clock control
The commissioner can pause, add 30, take 30, or change the pick clock mid draft, from a phone. Pause actually freezes everything, banked to the millisecond.
Autopick with a brain
Clock runs out, best available lands, filtered by what your roster still structurally needs. It will not spend your last pick on a sixth running back while you have no kicker.
EXACTLY ONE WINNER, EVERY TIME
Collision proof
Two managers submitting at the same instant resolve to exactly one pick, atomically, in the database. The loser sees a plain sentence about what happened, never a phantom pick.
Picks print
A pick is not a row appearing in a list. The board cuts to the ticket: serial, name, the stamp landing, on every screen in every room at the same server-stamped instant.
Undo that rewinds cleanly
Wrong player, wrong window, panic tap. The commissioner rewinds it and the clock, the board, and every phone follow.
BUILT FOR A TELEVISION
Faces on it
Every player carries a headshot and every defence its shield, so the board reads from a couch instead of being decoded. Managers get a mark of their own too: upload one, or keep the one you are given, which is your initials on a colour that is yours and never changes.
No login on the TV
A read only link opens the board on anything with a browser. Cast it, plug in a laptop, prop up a tablet. The screen never sleeps and the type is sized for couch distance.
Nothing on screen but the draft
One tap goes full screen, and the control fades once you stop touching it. Or add the board to a home screen and it gets an icon of its own that opens straight into your league, landscape, no browser around it and no login. Nobody types that link at a television twice.
Three device modes
In the room with the shared TV. Remote with your own cast screen. Or remote solo, one phone running both surfaces. All three are first class.
Delivery that does not trust luck
Three independent realtime paths carry every pick: the server announces it, the database streams it, and every client re-reads on a five second floor. Force quit the app, toggle airplane mode, lock your phone: the room heals itself.
NO EMAIL. EVER.
A name, a team name, a 4 digit PIN
That is the entire signup. The team name is your userid. No email address is ever part of signing in, which means nothing to phish and no reset flow an hour before the draft.
Face ID after the first time
Once you are in, the device offers Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a hardware key. One tap entry from then on; the PIN keeps working everywhere.
One link per seat
The commissioner types the managers and each seat mints its own one-time link. Ten seats, ten links; nobody gets to be a twelfth, not even a Seahawks fan. Forgot your PIN? The commissioner reissues your seat and you set a new one.

Name it, pick where your league lives, shape the roster, name your managers. You walk out holding every invite link and a board ready for the TV.
Platform aligned from the first tap
Tell it ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, CBS, or NFL.com and the roster shape prefills to that platform standard, with everything editable. Superflex, two tight ends, a fourteen deep bench: all of it is a setting.
Rounds follow the roster
Change the shape and the draft length follows. No hardcoded round count anywhere in the product.
IT COUNTS YOUR BYES FOR YOU
Warned before you stack
Take a second starter off the same week and the room says so before you commit, in one sentence, without ever blocking the pick button. Take them anyway if the value is right.
Bench aware, not paranoid
A shared bye your bench covers is a quiet note, not an alarm. The math re-fits your whole roster per week, FLEX and superflex included, and only counts lineup holes that are real.
The whole league, week by week
Your worst week rides on a badge. Tap it for the season. The league grid shows which weeks gut which teams, so a run on one bye week is visible while it is happening.
THE ROOM KEEPS SCORE
Live grades and ranks
Every roster carries a letter grade and a rank that update the moment a pick lands, measured against the room rather than a pundit. An index of 100 is average for the same number of picks, so nobody is punished for drafting tenth.
What you need next, by scarcity
Your open starting slots, crossed with how many real answers are left on the board for each. When your TE slot has three startable names left, the room says going now. When there are thirty, it stays quiet.
Steals stamped, reaches remembered
A player who fell 14 spots to you is marked on your grade card. So is the one you took two rounds early. Both are computed from the board, and neither ever blocks a pick.
A CONTROL ROOM, NOT A HEADACHE
A portal for the whole job
Seats with claim status and one personal invite link each, the shared code for stragglers, the TV board link, and every export, all on one page a phone can drive.
Every fix is one tap
Wrong person got a link? Reissue kills it. Somebody forgot a PIN five minutes before the draft? Reissue their seat and they set a new one. No reset emails, because there is no email.
Run the night from anywhere
Pause, resume, add 30, take 30, undo a pick, change the clock live, pick for the manager whose flight boarded. All of it from a phone, all of it on the permanent record.
A REAL TRADING FLOOR
Any assets, any mix, uneven on purpose
Players, picks, and whole draft seats in one two column builder. One player for two picks is not a special case. Swap seats and every pick rides to its new position, while picks either side already traded away stay with their new owners.
The floor stays open during the draft
Want the player somebody just took? Offer two picks for him, mid draft. Drafted players trade straight off rosters, the picks nearest the clock are protected, and an accepted deal executes on the spot. Leagues that hate the idea switch it off.
The league votes, the commissioner rules
Accepted trades sit in a veto window you configure, where enough votes kill the deal. The commissioner can kill one outright or push one through without the wait. Every vote and override is public and permanent.
All of it lands, or none of it
Validation happens at execution, in one transaction. If a pick got locked to a keeper while the window ran, the whole trade dies with a plain sentence saying why. Half a trade cannot happen here.
YOUR POCKET KNOWS YOU ARE UP
On the clock, and two picks before it
A remote manager cannot hear ten people shout. Your phone buzzes when you are on the clock, and again two picks earlier, which is the one that buys you the walk back to a screen.
One buzz per pick, never ten
Every device in the room notices the clock at the same instant. Exactly one notification goes out anyway, claimed the same way a pick is, so nobody silences their phone in round two.
A sound in the room, with nothing to install
The room itself chimes when you come on the clock, and softer two picks out. No permission prompt, no home screen, no setup: it is the cue for the far more common case of the draft being open on a screen nobody is watching. Mute it per device, because ten phones at one table is its own problem.
Works on an iPhone, once installed
A notification that reaches a phone in your pocket is the part Safari gates: it only offers those to a site added to the home screen. The toggle detects that and tells you the two steps rather than failing quietly, and it sits on the pre draft page so you do it before it matters. The chime above works either way.
YOUR SCORING, NOT SOMEBODY ELSE’S
Real ADP and real projections, loaded
Market draft position for the players who go, and raw stat projections for the ones who score: attempts, completions, yards, touchdowns, receptions. Survival odds and value run on those rather than on a rank, and the room stops saying it is estimating.
Points computed from raw stats, every time
Never an imported points total. A projection is attempts and yards and catches, and your league multiplies them by its own scoring at read time. A point per reception moves every receiver on your board and nobody else’s. Import somebody else’s PPR total and you have imported their league.
And it says where the numbers stop
Kickers and defences carry a draft position but no projection, because nobody publishes one in a shape this can score. Per game bonuses are held and not applied, since a 4,500 yard season is either seventeen quiet games or ten big ones and the difference is thirty points. The screen says so rather than quietly reading low.
EVERY SEASON YOUR LEAGUE HAS PLAYED
Champions, records, the whole ledger
Import the history your old platform has been sitting on and the league gets a record book: every champion, every season, career records for everybody who has ever played. Kept by manager and not by seat, so somebody who left in 2022 still holds what they won.
Last season is the keeper pool
The same import is what makes keepers possible. Managers pick from their actual roster, each card carrying where the player was drafted and what he costs to hold.

Survival odds on your watchlist
Star the players you are hoping fall. Each one carries a live probability of still being there at your next pick, in plain bands: safe, likely, coin flip, going now. The number updates every pick.
Runs, called while they run
Three of the last five picks were running backs and the room says so, quietly, above the search. You hear about the run while there is still time to act, not from the recap.
Tier shelves and cliffs
Two left on the top tight end shelf, then a forty rank cliff: that is the sentence that changes a pick, and it is computed from rank gaps on the live board.
FRESH EVERY THREE HOURS
A living player database
Players, positions, injury tags and team moves sync every three hours through draft season. Byes are derived from the NFL schedule itself, not typed in from a blog.
A commissioner override for everything
Any feed can be wrong the morning of the draft. Every automatic value has a manual override a commissioner can reach from a phone.
An audit log with no delete button
Every pick, pause, undo and override lands in a permanent record. When the league argues in March about what happened in August, the answer exists.

Run the room forward to your next pick and watch what is left when it gets back to you. It says out loud that it is practice rather than a forecast, because a simulator that does not know your leaguemates should not pretend to.

The hour after an offline draft is not typing, it is scanning a list for your place in it. So there is no list: one name on screen, on your clipboard, one key for the next. Paste, tab, space, paste.
In the order your platform asks
ESPN, Yahoo, NFL and CBS put a team lineup on screen. Sleeper hands you the draft board. The export knows which, comes out in that order, and prints the menu it is hiding under.

The 2026 season is a pilot: ten to twenty leagues drafting live while this list gets shorter. The slate is measured in days here, not quarters; most of what was on it last week is in the LIVE sections above. Start a draft and you are in it. The first fifty leagues to run a real 2026 draft are the founders fifty: 2027 free, then half price for life. From 2027 a league pays $9.99 a season, and pre-buying 2027 before the end of 2026 is half off for the first thousand leagues.
The House Edge, finished
The queue against the live board, the survival odds and the tier cliffs are in the room today. The last piece is opportunity cost: what taking him now costs against the best player who will still be there at your next pick. Sportsbooks keep the edge for the house. This one is yours.
Results back with one click
The conveyor already takes the hunting out of entering results. The end of it is a browser extension that fills your platform’s form for you, in your own session, and can do it live as the draft happens so there is nothing left at the end.
Monte Carlo survival
The live odds run on an exact model of the market today. The simulation worker replaces it with thousands of simulated drafts that know every roster hole in the room.
