Ten years of history, a group text nobody remembers naming, and two guys who will not download anything. Every other draft room starts by asking you to leave all of that behind. We do not, because we are not trying to run your league.
Rosters, waivers, scoring, trades in week nine: somebody else already does that well. We do the three hours that decide the season, the night everybody actually shows up for, and then we hand the results back and get out of the way.

PICKS PRINT
A pick is not a row that appears in a list. The board cuts to full screen and the ticket prints: the serial, the name, the detail, then the stamp lands. Every board in every room does it at the same instant, off one server clock, so somebody on a couch in another time zone reacts at the same moment as the room.
That is the part a spreadsheet cannot do, and it is the whole reason this exists.
IT COUNTS YOUR BYES FOR YOU
Take a second running back and the room tells you, before you commit, that they are off the same week as your first one. Not a red error, not a block, just the fact: both out week 12, and here is what your week 12 lineup looks like if you do it.
Then take them anyway if you want. The warning is information, never a wall. Nothing in this room is ever the reason your clock ran out.
Same view for the whole league: which weeks are thin across every roster, which week your opponent is gutted, and whether the run on one bye week is about to leave a starter on the board.
LIVE GRADES, WHILE IT IS STILL HAPPENING
Every roster carries a live grade and a rank that update the moment a pick lands. Who is building the strongest team is on the board all night, not in a recap article on Tuesday.
And it watches your side of it: which starting spots are still open, how many real answers are left on the board for each one, and which need is about to go from thin to gone. The steal you got in the sixth is stamped. The reach is remembered too.
Every number is computed from the board in front of you. Nothing here is a pundit.
THE HOUSE EDGE
Every sportsbook keeps an edge for the house. This one hands it to you. The players you are hoping for sit in a ranked queue against the live board, and the room does the math managers do badly under a clock: the odds your guy comes back at your next pick, how fast the answers at each hole are disappearing, and when waiting is the better bet.
All of that is in the room tonight. The piece still being built is opportunity cost: what taking him now costs against the best name that will still be there at your next pick, run against every roster hole in the league on your own scoring. That one is ours alone, and this page will say it has shipped on the day it does.

THE COMMISSIONER GETS A CONTROL ROOM
Set the league up in two minutes and walk out holding one personal link per manager. Ten seats, ten links; nobody gets to be a twelfth. Not even a Seahawks fan.
Run the night from a phone: pause, add time, take time, undo, pick for the manager stuck on a plane. Every action lands in a permanent audit log the league can argue about in March.
Somebody forgot their PIN at 6:55? Reissue their seat from the portal and they are back in before the anthem ends. No support ticket, no reset email, because there is no email.

- Does Degenerate Draft replace my fantasy football league platform?
- No. It runs draft night only. Rosters, waivers, scoring and the rest of the season stay wherever your league already lives. When the draft ends you export the results and paste them back.
- Can people draft remotely?
- Yes, and remote is the reason this was built the way it is rather than a mode bolted on afterwards. Half our own league is remote on draft night. The clock is stamped by the server and every device corrects for its own latency, so somebody on cell service in an airport gets the same ninety seconds as the person sitting next to the television. Picks reveal on every screen at the same instant, and there is a mode for the person doing the whole night on one phone.
- Do my league mates need an account or an email?
- No email, ever, and that is an attendance guarantee more than a privacy one. A draft needs ten out of ten people in the room, so the tenth, the one who hates apps, is the whole design. Each manager taps their own link, picks a team name and a 4 digit PIN, and is in inside eight seconds. Face ID after that if their phone offers it. Nothing to install and no password to reset an hour before kickoff.
- Can I put the draft board on a television?
- That is what it is designed for. A read only board link opens on any screen with no login, sized for reading from across a room, and every pick prints on it the moment it lands, headshot and all. Managers carry their own mark next to their team name so you can find your friends on the screen from the couch.
- Does it handle keepers, trades and bye weeks?
- Yes. Keepers cost you your own early round picks, you can trade players, picks and draft slots in any combination before the draft starts, and the room warns you before you stack two starters on the same bye week.
- Can I set it up for how my league actually runs?
- Round count, roster slots and the pick clock are yours to set, including superflex and any bench depth you want. Keeper rules currently ship with one model, the one our league uses, and making that configurable is the next thing on the list. No fantasy league runs the same rules as the one next to it and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
- Does it grade the draft while it happens?
- Yes. Every roster carries a live grade and a rank that update as picks land, measured against the room. Star a player and the room shows the odds he is still there at your next pick. It calls position runs while they are running, warns when a tier is about to cliff, and tells you what your roster still needs, ordered by how few real answers are left. Every number is computed from the draft in front of you, never imported from a pundit.
- What does the commissioner actually get?
- A two minute guided setup, one personal invite link per seat so a ten team league can never take an eleventh manager, live clock control including pause and undo from a phone, a one tap fix for forgotten PINs, a permanent audit log, and exports shaped for wherever the league lives.
- Other draft rooms are free. Why does this cost anything?
- Because we do not take a cut of anything else. A free draft room is paid for somewhere out of sight, and usually that somewhere is contests running alongside it, which makes your league the inventory rather than the customer. Ten dollars a season for a whole league is a dollar a manager, once a year, and it buys a room with no ads, no props, nothing sold on and no rake. We are degenerates. We are just at the table, not behind it.
- Do I have to move my league off ESPN or Yahoo?
- No, and that is the entire point. Load your rosters, draft here, and take the results back in the shape your platform wants them. Your history, your records and your rivalries stay exactly where they are, and the manager who refuses to install anything never has to.
- What does it cost?
- Free for everyone through the 2026 season. From 2027 a league pays $9.99 a season. The first fifty leagues to run a real 2026 draft are the founders fifty: their 2027 is free and everything after is half price for life. And any league that pre-buys 2027 before December 31, 2026 gets it half off, for the first thousand leagues.
